What it costs
We charge for what costs us money. Processing visitors takes compute; keeping your history costs next to nothing. That's why your history is free and growth isn't.
- Full history. Your past is never wiped — not even on the free plan.
- Unlimited users. Put your whole team on it; we don't charge per person.
- Pay yearly: two months free.
- Cancel any month. No notice period, no phone call.
All amounts in euros, including 21% Dutch VAT.
What you see
Visitors, pageviews, where they come from and on what device. Per day, per week, per year — for as long as your account exists.
No dashboard full of charts you never look at. One screen you can read in ten seconds.
Why you don't need a cookie banner
We place no cookies. We read nothing from your browser and write nothing to it. We use your IP address once to work out whether you're new, and we don't store it.
This is designed to fall under the exemption in article 11.7a(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act: statistics with no or limited privacy impact may be gathered without consent. We believe we meet it, and we explain exactly why.
What we don't say: that your site is therefore done. Put an email address in a URL and you're processing personal data, which changes the picture. We can only promise what we do.
What we deliberately don't do
No profiles. We don't follow anyone across sites and we couldn't if we wanted to — nothing is kept for it.
No comparisons between customers. Your numbers are yours; we don't use them anywhere else. That isn't politeness, it's a hard line: the moment we'd use your data for ourselves we stop being a processor and the whole arrangement falls apart.
No training models on your visitors. Same reason.
Honest about what it is
To be able to say “340 people came today” we have to tell them apart within that day. We do that with a key that changes daily and that we can't work back to a person.
That's pseudonymising, not anonymising — and we name the difference, because others call this “anonymous” and it isn't. If you can count unique visitors, you can by definition tell someone apart. We think you should know that.
